Since it persists, it's best to reach out to our customer service team so they can further determine the cause of the problem and provide a permanent solution. They may also open an investigation regarding this matter if necessary.

 

To do that:

  1. Go to Help and select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Provide a summary of your concern and select Continue.
  4. Log in to your Intuit account, select Continue, and then Continue with my account.
  5. Enter the single-use code you received in your email and click Continue.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

To have the best experience in QBDT 2023, you also need to be aware of the necessary operating system, hardware, software, and other components.
