I can see that your operating system (Windows 11) is compatible with QuickBooks. You can also check the system requirements for QuickBooks Desktop 2023 article to see if the RAM, processor, disk space and other requirements are compatible with the program.
If all is good, I suggest running QuickBooks Tool Hub to detect and repair several errors.
- Close your QBDT, and download the recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Please open the file and follow the on-screen steps to install it. Once done, open the tool hub.
- In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, click Program Problems.
- Select Quick Fix my Program.
- Please start your QBDT and open your company file.
