Yep we have tried all these things and they don't work. Can you please escalate this to your engineers or devs to get a solution to this problem? Its been years and no amount of calling in or explaining this problem seems to get anywhere. And this is not a Windows problem this is a QB problem. Most software does not require admin permission to run updates. This would not be a problem but you can't even open the company file when these critical updates are needed unless you run the updates as a windows admin.
