The PIN is obtained when enrolling in QuickBooks Desktop's E-file service and is distinct from the EFIN/ERO. If you do not receive or have misplaced this PIN, you must contact the IRS to inquire about the status of your application. To do so, go to the following website: https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/
