Since you still experience the same thing even after performing the steps recommended in this thread, I recommend reaching out to our Phone support team to further investigate the root cause of the issue. They use specific tools to pull up your account and check the setup. they can also provide some alternatives to help you correct the alignment of the sales form.
Here's how:
- Select the Help icon and click the Search tab.
- Next, select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- From there, enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
- Then, choose either Get a Callback or Start a Chat.
