Just to add to this thread, I received a call a few minutes ago from [removed]. The caller identified herself as a "Quickbooks customer service agent". She asked for my thoughts and concerns related to my Quickbooks subscription. When I lept into a description of my frustration with the new pricing model, she disconnected. I called back when I realized the call could be fraudulent. My carrier cannot reach the number I've listed. If this was, indeed, a fraudulent call, I find it disturbing that they know I'm a QuickBooks user.
