You got me now, @bethlloyd01. I have some troubleshooting steps that will help you sort things out.
You'll want to ensure the system is updated to its latest release. Doing this will give you a better experience and fix unusual issues in your QuickBooks Desktop account.
If the issue persists after doing that, I recommend running the Verify and Rebuild tools, this help finds the most common data issues in a company file and fixes them.
To verify data:
- Go to the File menu, and select Utilities.
- Choose Verify Data, then tap OK to close all windows. If you see “Your data has failed the integrity check”, you'll need to rebuild your file. If there are no problems with your data, you’re done.
If there are problems with your company file, you'll have to rebuild it. Please refer to the steps below:
- Go to the Files menu and select Utilities.
- Choose Rebuild Data, and then click OK.
- Tap OK to make a backup to prevent data loss along the process.
- Hit OK to continue the rebuild process.
For a more detailed step, please go to this article: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.
I'll be here if you need anything else. Take care always!
