You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert data with up to 3 custom fields to QBO.
Your best option for accessing your old file is to buy a new license for QB Desktop 2023 Pro for one user and use it until a few days before the 60 day purchase date. Then request a refund to get your money back. You can also use the trial version for 30 days if required.
