Were you able to sign in to camps? If not, we will need to sign in to it before I can route you to support to acquire your verification code.
I'll show you how to do it.
- Go to camps.intuit.com
- Sign in with your Intuit Account info.
- If you see multiple products, select QuickBooks Desktop to go to CAMPs.
Sign in to Camps you can manage your accounts, products, contacts, billing, and user ID access. It is also the best way to find your license number. See this page for more insights: Change, manage, or update your Intuit account with CAMPs.
After that, let's call our QuickBooks Desktop support team; they have tools to access the activation codes. Please refer to these office hours:
- 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Saturday
