I am Tbone and have tried many ways to get around this issue. Next time it pops up, click on the option that you are NOT the administrator and it will then say it will remind you in 14 days and let you go on about your business.
The other thing you can do is make sure you are not connected to the internet when you open the file. It doesn't usually ask for anything if it doesn't see a connection. I just do the previous thing now and so far so good.
