I have QuickBooks 2021 desktop. As of 2/2023, "Don't allow any applications to access this company file" is under Edit, Preferences, My Preferences, Integrated Applications. Unfortunately, having it checked hasn't done me any good. It still prompts for me to login to my Intuit account frequently - feels like every time I open my company file.
