Thank you for the suggestions, I already set the default printer in MS Windows. The solution that works, which is less than ideal, to shut QuickBooks down and re-open. This is an intermittent problem, but I have a work around. I would hope newer versions of QuickBooks would allow the user to select from a menu what printer to print the envelope to within Printer Set Up.
