The supported file when importing bank transactions is .QBO file in QuickBooks Desktop. You can sign in to your bank and download the transaction as .QBO file since the CSV file isn't an option.

- In the File menu, choose Utilities, then Import.
- Click Web Connect Files.
- Locate the .QBO file you saved, then Open.
- When prompted to Select Bank Account,
- Click Continue, then OK.
- Then, go to the Bank Feeds Center.
