I understand how you want to use the QuickBooks Desktop app. To ensure it function well, I'd recommend running the software on a Windows 64-bit computer to avoid unexpected behavior.

  2. Select the Search tab, then click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue in box.
  4. Hit Continue, then select Call or Chat.
