Thanks for letting us know how the changes impacted your navigation in the program, @ginamarie0327.

We've launched this new menu aiming to provide the users quick access to your day-to-day tasks like invoicing, banking, paying your employees, and more. This design uses the terms and concepts that you usually use to run your business.

I understand the struggles that you encountered while working on the latest layout. Since we're still rolling this out to all customers, we're actively collecting valuable ideas to help improve your QuickBooks Online experience. That said, you'll want to send feedback directly to our Product Development Team by following the steps below:

Go to the Gear icon.
Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
Enter your suggestions, then click Next.

Please know that we’re unable to provide a specific time frame as to when this feature will be available. I also encourage you to visit our QuickBooks Blog page so you'll be updated on the program's new release features and enhancements.
