****SAME 'OLD ISSUES WITH NO RESOLVE****
QuickBooks DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
Just when you think they cannot get any worse...THEY DO!
The ONLY THING QuickBooks cares about is charging you more money every year and "fixing" things that do need fixed and NOT fixing the things THAT DO.
They are the WORST accounting software company out there and I honestly hope someone develops a software and puts them out of business because that is what they deserve.
They do not listen to what the customer needs.
They "fix" things that don't need fixed.
You rarely speak to anyone is the US and even when you do they cannot help or solve your issue WITHOUT
TEXTING OR CHATING WITH THE WIZARD...THE WIZARD YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK WITH!
I am done for today - Tomorrow is another day and I'm sure there will be another issue I will need to deal with that did not get fixed!!!!!!!!
