This has been going on for years. QuickBooks clients are frustrated with features that should have been fixed long ago. In order to deactivate an Estimate, I have to click on 5 little screens for each estimate to deactivate it. Multiply that by hundreds each year and it's too big of a time suck to tackle. Rather than Intuit engineers fixing it, they leave it to their customers to continue to wrestle through the headache. Once a company's product is the industry standard, they don't have to bother with silly issues like this, but they will take the time to issue a friendly "we'd love to hear your thoughts" post even though they know nothing is going to be done to fix it. It would be better not to respond than to respond with something that is demonstrably false.
