So you have the latest features and product enhancement. If you still getting the same error, you can review your email settings and preferences.
Also, make sure your security and filter settings are exemptions or rules so QuickBooks isn't blocked.

If the same things happen, I recommend reaching out with our QuickBooks Desktop Team. They can further investigate what's causing the webmail password unaccepted in QuickBooks..
Here's how to contact them:
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Continue. This will give you an option to Start messaging or Get a callback.
