Hello, Abdullah cinar.
Since you're receiving a "We couldn't find a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Accountant account for this email address." message when trying to sign in, I'd recommend double-checking the email address you're entering.
We'll want to make sure that we're using the same email address we used in QuickBooks.
In addition, if it's the correct one, I recommend logging in to your account using an incognito window to rule this out. Sometimes the stored cache for a long period time causes browser-related issues. Here are the shortcut keys to open it:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

If you have other concerns, please let me know anytime. I'd be glad to help you figure them out. Have a good one.
