Hello, dvm01112023.
I'd like to take this opportunity and give some details in retrieving your 10-digit pin for filing.
We're unable to retrieve the 10-digit pin within QuickBooks itself. This information is encrypted for security purposes.
As what my colleague, JessT, mentioned, we'll want to contact the IRS to retrieve the 10-digit pin for efiling. We can follow their steps in reaching out to them.
Alternatively, we can also use the phone number posted in this article: Set up Federal e-file and e-pay in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced (scroll down to Lost 10-digit E-file PIN/Rejected Enrollment).
After working with the IRS for your pin, you can start efiling your forms as soon as you receive it. However if the delivery time doesn't quite agree with your due dates, let's manually file your forms in the meantime.
We'll want to follow the steps outline in this article: Pay and file payroll taxes and forms manually in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
I'm sure your hands are full during the tax season. If you need to check and verify your employees' data for the next quarter in the future, feel free to take a look at this article: Create a payroll summary report in QuickBooks.
If you have some other questions about your tax forms, let me know and I'll help you out again. Need a hand in managing your entries, other reports, and lists? Add the details to your reply, and I'll address them accordingly.
