To answer your question, yes you can edit your payroll tax overpayment in QuickBooks Online. You need to delete the tax payment you made so you will have the Pay Taxes option again.
Here's how:
- Click Taxes in the left panel.
- Go to Payroll Tax.
- Click View Tax Payments you have made and delete it.
