work for an MSP - have a customer on Accountant version. latest update to R3 in 2023 has them crashing left and right. QB support is no help at all. Just blames systems, Microsoft...basically anyone else. Sure - it's the system or MS when it happens to every user, in every company file, across 3 different operating systems (windows 10, windows 11, and server 2019). i won't be shocked if it costs us a customer.
