I hope you're having a great day! I like how you laid out every detail of your comments and suggestions. I'm sure there are many users out there who also want the same changes or improvements to the features and sections you pointed out.
I recommend reposting your suggestions for each feature on our Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online page, where you'll also find a lot of suggestions from other users. That way, they can also read and vote for them. It's our way of gauging the number of users who want the same thing, and that page is being monitored by our product development team.
If you want to add more suggestions, you can directly post there or click the Gear icon in QBO and choose Feedback. I'm not sure about getting a discount though, but I also hope there's such an offer soon.
On the other hand, you can visit the main support page, scroll down a bit, and click More Topics if you want to see some helpful articles for QBO.
