Since the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Care Team. They have the tools to access your account in a secure environment with your permission. This way they can review the previous steps you've taken so far and continue the troubleshooting from there.
Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Proceed to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Click Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
- Choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.
