Since you're done with your troubleshooting efforts and still can't turn off the automatic updates in QBD Mac, I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Desktop Mac Live Support Team. They can initiate a screen-sharing session to help you further and, if necessary, establish a case to investigate this issue. To do that:
- Open your QuickBooks.
- Select QuickBooks Help from the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
- Provide a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account and choose Continue, then click Continue with my account.
- Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.
