Hi there, Luis342.

I appreciate you for coming back to the thread and adding details of what you've done. I'll share an update about getting a Crash Catcher when printing in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. Then, ensure you'll be routed to the right support team to assist you further on this matter in order to get the most up-to-date information.

The issue about receiving a Crash Catcher when printing/saving templates as PDF with logo on mac OS v13 Ventura has recently been tagged as ongoing. Rest assured that our engineers are working to identify the cause of this issue.

For now, I suggest trying to remove the logo before printing the sales form or template. You can also use a template other than the default one as a workaround.

Then, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop for Mac Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been resolved.

 Here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks. Then, go to Help and select QuickBooks Help.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue and select Continue.
  4. Sign in to your Intuit account and click Continue and Continue with my account.
  5. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
  6. Choose to chat with us or Have us call you.
