Archiving a company in Quickbook Desktop Enterprise
I have a client who has an old install of Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise running. They recently moved to QuickBooks online but didn't migrate the data from Quickbooks Desktop. They no longer need Quickbooks Desktop however, they still need access to the data for reporting in case they are audited. What is the best option for them to archive the company data but still be able to get to it if they need to run a random report later?
Thanks in advance!

Which QB Desktop year version did they use? If their license has expired, they can utilize the trial version for QB Desktop to open it later.
