I appreciate your feedback about the QuickBooks Online features you mentioned. While we cannot make adjustments like in QuickBooks Desktop, I recommend submitting a request to our product development team so they can consider making enhancements in future updates. Just click on the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
On the other hand, you can check out the video tutorials for QBO should you need references in the future.
