Since your computer and books are up-to-date with their latest releases, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team if QuickBooks is still crashing after you've already performed each of the troubleshooting processes mentioned in Mark_R's post.

They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

They can be reached while using QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. In the top menu bar, go to Help, then QuickBooks Help.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter a description of your situation and hit Continue.
  4. Sign in to the associated Intuit account and press Continue, then Continue with my account. If you don't have an account, pick Create a new account.
  5. You'll receive an email with a single use code. Enter it and click Continue. If you have more than one account, choose which one you're working with, then hit Continue.
  6. Select Chat with us to start an instant messaging session or Have us call you to request a callback.

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

If QuickBooks happens to crash while you're trying to contact them, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team outside of your books.

Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have an awesome Tuesday!
