Well, there is no box with an arrow on my A/R Summary report next to the name of the client. There is an arrow box next to Current, 1-30, 31-60,61-90, >90 and Total and I can sort them up or down. But nothing next to the name as there used to be. It used to be you would hover over the name column and the arrow would appear. I'm not sure what version of QB you are demonstrating. But thanks.
