QB Support - using Webmail is not a solution. We want to use Outlook and just like many other users have complained on this thread for over a year. Something has changed in QB code and should be tracked down and resolved. Since you yourself probably do not use the QB software for your job you do not realize how important it is to edit QB emails before sending.
