I hear you and I'm here to help share insights about turning off popups or stopping advertisements from showing in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to turn off popup advertisements in QBO. For now, let's consider clicking X or No thanks to get rid of them.
While these in-product advertisements no longer help your working experience, I recommend letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
- Describe how an option to turn off popup ads helps you work efficiently in QuickBooks.
- Select Next.
- Click Skip and send message.
