I did convert the file again but ended up with the same result so that was a bust. I guess I'll have to get our accountants to do journal entries to fix what Quickbooks didn't transfer correctly...If It can move it correctly in the first place from desktop to online it should be able to move it back correctly. They definitely need to fix this issue. This is definitely frustrating.
