Hello there, @ACES050614.
Let's run Quick Fix my Program from the QuickBooks Tool Hub so you can fix and stop QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 23.0 from crashing.
Before we start, I'd like to verify if the program froze or if you get an error when you try to open QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Any additional details are appreciated to help me provide the appropriate resolution.
QuickBooks Tool Hub is a tool used to deal with network problems, company file damage, performance issues, etc. When you run the Quick Fix my Program tool from the Tool Hub, it'll end QuickBooks processes running in the background.
You can start by downloading and installing the Tool Hub (if you haven't already). Here's how:
- Close your QuickBooks.
- Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file.
- Open the QuickBookstoolhub.exe file. It gets saved in the download folder.
- Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click Finish.
- Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
From there, let's run the Quick Fix my Program tool.
- In the Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
- Select Quick Fix my Program.
- Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
In case the program continues to crash, you can follow the additional solutions outlined in this article, starting with Solution 2: Fix issues when QuickBooks Stops Working.
Once everything is all set, you may also want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference in managing your business's growth and transactions using QBDT: QuickBooks Learn and Support. It includes help articles, Community discussions with other users, and video tutorials, to name a few.
I want to make sure you can open and use QuickBooks without experiencing any challenges. If you still need more help, don't hesitate to add a comment below. I'll gladly help.

I did do the Quick Fix, also did the Diagnostic Tool. I have been receiving the "unrecoverable error" message and then I don't receive any message at all and it crashes.
