Thanks for providing updates about the steps you've performed, @davetodd. I'm here to give additional steps to help fix the issue.
To start, let's ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is updated to the latest release and your computer meets the minimum requirements to run the program. This is to ensure you have the updated components and fixes to avoid issues while using it.
If confirmed that everything is fine and you still having trouble accessing the Accountant Center, I highly recommend reaching out to our Technical support team. This is to further check your set up to determine the root cause of the issue. They can also provide additional troubleshooting steps to fix this. Here's how:
- In your QBDT account, navigate to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Then, click Contact Us.
- From there, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
- Next, log in to your Intuit account and click Continue.
- Then, select Continue with my account.
- You'll receive a code. Enter it and select Continue.
- Then, choose either chat with us or Have us call you.

Keep me posted about the updates on this issue. I want to ensure you'll be able to reconcile your account smoothly. I'm always here ready to lend a hand. Have a good one.
