We appreciate your feedback about the Scan Manager, SIPCO.
An old feature is normally discontinued if there's low usage or due to system restrictions.
A new feature was also introduced for newer versions of QuickBooks that replaced the Scan Manager. Using this, you can still scan or take a picture of a file and attach them to the transactions using your mobile app. Allow me to share these articles for guidance and additional details:

- Go to the Help menu and look for Send Feedback Online.
- Select Product Suggestion.
- Type in your feedback and feature request about the Scan Manager.
- Click Send Feedback.
