I appreciate your effort in locating your custom template, raleighkim.

 

Since you're unable to locate your custom templates, I suggest contacting our phone support so that one of our agents can take a look at your account securely, and do a screen-share to help you find your template location in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Within your QuickBooks Company file, select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu. 
  2. Also, you can press F1 on your keyboard to bring up the same Help panel. 
  3.  Give a brief description of your issue.
  4. Click Continue.
