Quickbooks enterprise desktop intuit form designer errors

Early August of 2022, all of the sudden I have been unable to download templates in Quickbooks Enterprise. (all templates. Invoices, payments, receipts, anything). Note that I have spent well over 15 hours on the phone with support since I purchased (upgraded) to Enterprise in Feb 2022. The worst decision I have ever made, I will be getting rid of QB all-together as soon as I learn Xero.

 

Anyway, after more than an hour on the phone, the representative had exhausted all of her resources and told me that the issue was that my desktop needed to be updated to Windows 11. She stated something to the effect of "Quickbooks desktop was created to work with Internet Explorer..." "windows decided to remove IE from computers and change to Microsoft Edge... A full update of your desktop will resolve your issue(s)". WELL shockingly enough, she was wrong. I still get an error that says my browser is not up to date. My browser(s) are all up to date. My computer is now running windows 11. No other programs are affected. All the tool hub steps did not fix the issue. And yes, my QB is up to date.

 

Does anyone have any fixes or suggestions for this error?
