Thanks for getting back, @CFOPres.
Let me join in this conversation and share more info about the reminder function in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
This feature is mainly used for creating a schedule to remind you to create transactions. They aren't sent until you decide to record and send them. Once you get the reminder, you can find it on the Dashboard in Tasks. Just select Action and then click View Reminders.
Please take note these won't pop up on your QBO main screen once they are due. Thus, you have to manually check them on the Reminders window.
If you have any suggestions in mind, you can send a feedback request. Our developers can review them and help them decide on which part they need to adjust or develop in upcoming updates. That way, we can improve your experience in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon at the top, then click Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions and select Next to submit feedback.
You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
In case you're using QBO Advanced, you can set up workflows to send reminders to your customers or your team. You set the conditions to tell QuickBooks when to send reminders and to whom.
Please let me know if you have further questions about setting up reminders in QuickBooks. Just add them on this thread and I'll get back to you. Have a good one.
