It's our priority to help fix Google Calendar and QuickBooks integration issue, @WallyB.

As mentioned by my colleague above, there is an open case about Google Calendar events not showing to QuickBooks when creating an invoice. Rest assured that our team is working diligently to prioritize this issue.

In the meantime, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team. They have the necessary tools to check your account and further investigate this matter.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Click either the Chat with us or Have us call you button.

Additionally, let me share this reference to help you personalize your sales forms in QBO: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This will walk you through adding clear data and professional-looking forms.

Feel free to comment below if you have further questions about the integration with Google Calendar and QuickBooks. I'll be around to lend a helping hand. Keep safe!
