The stored cache for a long period of time can sometimes cause a problem for your browser. I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to verify if you're experiencing a browser-related issue.

 

Start by logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account through an incognito page. Here are the shortcut keys to open it:

 

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

 

If it works, then you'll have to clear your regular browser cache. This will prevent any unusual browser behavior moving forward. If the issue continues, kindly try using another supported browser.
