Hello there, @hockettdockett. I've got here steps to ensure you'll be able to fix the integration between Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Possible that this may be a cache-related issue in your browser. It is one of its components that speeds up the loading process when accessing websites. However, there are times that it gets corrupted causing unexpected behaviors.

To confirm that this is the case, we can start by opening your QBO account in incognito mode. This is a private browser that doesn't store cache and will give you a clean slate to avoid issues. Below are the shortcut keys that you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Microsoft Edge: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, click the calendar again to find the events. If you're able to do so, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser to eliminate damaged files. If the same thing happens, I suggest using another supported browser or device to open your account.

However, if none of the steps works, I highly suggest contacting the Google Calendar support team. This way, they can further investigate what causes the events to disappear and will provide you with another set of troubleshooting steps to resolve it.

Additionally, here's a helpful resource that you can open to help modify your sales forms like invoices. To get started, check out this link: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Please get back here in this thread if you have any follow-ups about fixing the integration of the two programs. I'd also appreciate it if you can add updates on how the recommendation goes. I'm just around the corner and ready to help whenever needed. Have a good one and take care.
