You think that this is easy to talk to someone at your compay.
This is as bad as the last 5 years. I pay a premium -a high premium to get customer support. I am always disapointed after spending hours trying to talk to someone at your company. The only time it is easy to talk to someone is when you are buying something. It's interesting that this is the best you can do.
You should have a customer suport line. Pick up the phone and answer your questions. For $595 - I pay for it- under duress. Very very disapointed in your customer service. You do not make it easy at all
