Thanks, but I've already verified that my computer is compliant with your software and the software is up to date.
I've used all the recommended fixes and best I could manage was to remove the Audit Trail which reduced the database down to 348K. Your Account Exec's still say that size database is too large for your program to properly handle.
What do you say is the database size allowed for Quickbooks Desktop 2020?
I'd like a straight answer if your program can handle the database size or not. I have never found a reference that your program has a size limitation. Is it true or am I just getting an upsell from the Acct Exec?
I have no intentions of spending double (Quickbooks Gold online) or triple (Enterprise) my current annual fee in order to upgrade to a program that claims to handle an unlimited database size.
