When sending invoices, the Unrecoverable Error may occur due to the following reasons:
- There are missing windows or updates in QuickBooks
- Data damage
- Issues on your computer
- Repair program codes

So far there are no known issues sending email invoices in QBDT. As a workaround, I suggest updating Microsoft Office to the latest release. After that, save the form as a PDF and then send an email attachment through your email service provider. Here are the detailed steps:
- Select the transaction that you'd want to send.
- Choose Print.
- Save it as a PDF.
- Save it to your preferred location.
- Email attachment through your service provider.
