- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click on the Help (?) menu.
- Choose either tab to proceed:
- Assistant: Get fast, customized responses. Choose a suggested option, or enter your question. If you'd like, you can still Talk to a human.
- Search: Find the QBO knowledge base directly, or choose Contact Us and select a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat
- Get a callback
- Ask the community
