Intuit does not have any technical support. None. They rely on users helping other users. I was once a very advanced user of a different product and could answer all of that company's customer questions through an online support portal like this one. When I realized that the company was depending on me to do that and not contributing to the cause themselves, I abandoned a whole lot of their customers. I ended up abandoning all of that company's products for anything that I designed. It was Texas Instruments.
