Hello Frustrated QB Users:

I wanted to follow-up on this post. About a month ago I called the QB MERCHANT help line. 800-558-9558.

I got lucky to get a good tech on the line. She helped me try several different things. I can't even list what they are because we did so many. Then she said the pop up message will go away in a few days.  I had my doubts! But she was right, after a few days it finally went away! I was so happy!  So, I wanted to share this with this group. I apologize for not keeping track of the steps, but wanted to let you know it is fixable if you get the right rep on the phone!
