Thanks but no thanks, i don't have 2-3 hours to verify my license and walk you through all the times my program crashed, only for you to tell me to try this, try that... My time is valuable and I have already spent too many hours on this issue that should have been taken care of as a "total program/ software fix".  It should not be done on a 1 on 1 basis.   Fix mine, and let everyone else try to work it out themselves.  Intuit has to fix this on their end.  It's not my computer or my OS, Nor is it my files.  It's your problem.  You fix it and then send it out to all your faithful and paying customers.
