This isn't the experience that I want you to have. We always care about what the customers feel about support experience. If you're unable to submit your survey or finish the whole process, I recommend retaking it.

 

If you're unable to do so, I suggest contacting our Care Support team to get this reviewed and investigated. They're equipped advanced tools to determine the root cause of this issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Search tab and then select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose a way the last time you connect with our live support.
